While we prefer to offer personal service due to the fact that your rug can be made in any shape, size, colour, texture and style we are currently developing our website to enable you to purchase direct.

In the meantime our ordering process includes the following:

1. Enquire by clicking on our contact form
2. We will contact you to refine the options
3. Once confirmed an invoice will be issued
4. A non-refundable payment of 50% is required
5. It takes 8 weeks to hand-make your rug
6. Rug undergoes final inspection
7. Once approved, rug is ready to dispatch
8. Final 50% payment is required prior to shipping
9. You receive the rug and enjoy it for years to come
